This study aims to reveal how the school with Adiwiyata program was developed, teachers and staff were empowered by program, partnered management programs from outside institutions create program. A multi-case research design a continual comparative method utilized in this study's phenomenological qualitative methodology. The researchers used in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation methods gather data. Purposive tactics snowball sampling employed choose informants. data collected through these various techniques examined reduction, presentation, verification carried out. Checking validity of done using credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability. After checking, analyzed single case analysis cross-site analysis. results obtained indicate that development schools is out collaboration both other parties participate helping success Adiwiyata-program-based schools. need socialize advance related agencies order get support form useful materials knowledge can be applied activities. Based on findings, it suggested principals always improve quality their schools, especially regarding increase attention practice environmental care values, future are expected able conduct at different sites.
